1.) The deadline of submitting Graduation Thesis (GT) is 30 April at 3:30pm. Submit 3 copies of your works (video, thesis, CD ROM or address of your web based work) to GO.The officers in General Office (GO) will distribute your works to your advisers, an internal reviewer and the remaining copy is for the school.

2.) Every students need to submit 3 hard copies of research-theoretical text to GO by 30 April 3:30pm. GO will help you to distribute your text to your adviser(s) and internal reviewer. Please put your research-theoretical text into the same envelope with your work.

3.) Please write down your legal name, your student ID, your advisor's name and the title of your work on all 3 envelopes.

4.) You need to submit 3 copies. If there is not enough number of copies, GO will refuse to handle it.

5.) All video work must have English subtitles and a credit page to acknowledge the school to provide equipment support.

6.) All Installation should be available for viewing when you present your final project (May 4-7 and May 13). Consult your adviser and make arrangement with GO to arrange place to install and show your work, make arrangement of equipment with SCM I.T. support team or production centre before 24 April. Please tell Yue-Jin Ho the place of your installation before 30 April.

7.) If your GT is an art object ( e.g. art book, photographic book). Hand in the original work and 3 best form of copies (e.g. color photo-copies of the original work). The original work will circulate between advisors and internal advisor. The final grade will base on the original work.

8.) NO LATE SUBMISSION OF Graduation Thesis!
To ensure fairness and uniformity, we would not accept any further personal submission of GT between the deadline of GT submission and the Oral Defense. Late submission work would not be sent to advisors and external reviewers. If you have more things to say, please think of how to fully utilize the 10 minutes Oral presentation to present your work and ideas.
