IMPORTANT NOTE about computer equipment booking

1. There are limited number of Macintosh computer. If possible, please bring your own Macintosh notebook for presentation.

2. When you book computer equipments, don't just write "one set of computer." Please state CLEARLY of what type of monitor (size, LCD monitor or CRT monitor), cable (VGA cable, network cable, VGA extension cable, USB extension calbe), and webcam (3 types of webcams) you need.

3. The distance between the computer and the monitor/projector should not be far away from each other. The standard length of a VGA cable is 6ft. There are only 2 to 3 long VGA cables (@30ft long) available from IT.

4. Students should set up network connection by themselves if they need to do so. Staff members of IT team are only responsible for providing equipment but not helping students do the set up. If students have any problems in setting up network connection, please consult their adviser.
