Universal Everything and Flight404 was in Hong Kong last year?

I found this piece of work done by Universal Everything for Nokia Hong Kong. It is an interactive Processing webcam mosaic probably staged in Causeway Bay. According to the credit information, the software part was done by Flight404.

Information here.
